Chart-topping country star and 90s hitmaker Tracy Lawerence will headline the Pendleton Round-Up and Happy Canyon Kick-Off Concert presented by Vegetation Solutions at the Happy Canyon Arena on Saturday, Sept. 6, along with special guest Rodney Atkins
